Before you buy
How can I tell whether a frame is included?
Read the contents and selected variant in the seller's listing. A frame pictured in a room scene does not, by itself, mean a frame is included in the purchase.
Look for explicit wording such as framed, unframed, rolled canvas or stretched canvas, and check it against the selected option. A stretched canvas has a support, but that does not necessarily mean it includes a separate decorative outer frame.
Also compare the outer dimensions and the visible image size. A border or mount can reduce the opening while making the finished piece larger. If the description and photographs disagree, ask the seller to confirm what will arrive before ordering.
