The artwork in your space
The red hat stands out against the dark dress and draws attention to the face, while the child and basket balance the lower area. This is a figure-led image rather than a decorative landscape. We see it working best on a wall viewed at close range, where flowers and gestures remain legible, rather than at the far end of a long corridor.
Before you choose
The original is vertical. The listing presents the dimensions as 60 × 40 cm; confirm which side is the height and whether the basket on the left is retained. A reproduction that trims the lower area changes the relationship between the figures even if its title stays the same.
