The artwork in your space
The bouquet uses many yellows without relying on a strongly contrasting background. Dark flower centres hold the composition together and prevent it from reading as a flat field of colour. We would choose it as a warm focal point on a pale wall, with simple furniture or framing that does not compete with the petal silhouettes.
Before you choose
There are several sunflower paintings. This reference is the yellow-ground, two-tone-vase version in London's National Gallery; compare the flowers' number, positions and drooping shapes. The original image does not guarantee the commercial canvas's saturation or a raised painted texture.
